Return policy
Returns are possible within 30 days. The following information is required to process your exchange/refund request:
Product Condition: Products must be in their original condition, with original tags attached.
Packaging: Packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.
Contact Information: Email hello@cailamaison.com with your contact information and order number.
No Signs of Use: Returned items must show no signs of use.
Order Number: Include the order number.
Proof of Issue: Attach a photo or video clearly showing the issue (for products that are damaged, not as described, or received incorrectly).
If the issue is deemed legitimate, we will cover all costs associated with obtaining a replacement product as quickly as possible.
If the returned products do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Shipping and Liability
Always make sure your package has a tracking code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. If you send your return without a tracking code, you do so at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees: return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the package shows the status "lost in transit", we are not responsible for the return.
Send the package (with Track & Trace) to the return address specified in our return confirmation.
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you by email. We will refund your purchase amount within a few days of processing your return.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
Sealed Products: If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
Custom-Made Products: Made to the consumer's specifications (personalization).
Personalized Products: Items that are clearly personal in nature.
Inherently Non-Returnable Products: Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
Hygiene Products: Products such as underwear, lingerie, hosiery, and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and will not be processed.
Return Period: Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Order cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, our orders enter the processing phase and cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are always the responsibility of the sender and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable by us.

How Do I Find My Perfect Size?
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your hip bones
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist
